What areas of Estonia do you cover?

What is the difference between double and triple glazing?
Triple glazing features three panes of glass separated by two gas-filled spacers, providing significantly higher thermal insulation than double glazing. For the cold Estonian winter climate, we recommend triple glazing. It reduces heat transfer (achieving U-values as low as 0.5 W/m²K) and offers superior acoustic dampening against street noise.
What types of paint do you use for interiors and exteriors?
We prioritize interior air hygiene and durability. For interiors, we use zero-VOC, waterborne acrylics that hold the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, or traditional lime washes. For masonry and stone facades, we specify breathable silicate mineral paints that bind chemically with the surface. For timber facades, we use premium elastic silicone resins or cold-pressed linseed oils that expand and contract without peeling.
How long does a standard room painting project take?
A standard 20 m² master bedroom typically takes 2 to 3 days to complete. The first day is dedicated entirely to dust-free surface prep, filling, and application of a stabilizing primer. The second day involves applying two coats of premium paint with proper drying times in between. The third day is for final detailing, masking removals, and quality control checking under cross-lights.
Do you handle historic window restoration in Old Town Tallinn?
Yes. Our technicians are experienced in restoring historical timber windows and facades. We comply fully with the guidelines set by the Estonian National Heritage Board (*Muinsuskaitseamet*). We use traditional tools, organic linseed oils, and authentic chalk putties rather than synthetic caulking, preserving the historic integrity of your building.
How accurate is your Interactive Estimate Calculator?
Our online calculator provides a preliminary estimate based on average material costs, surface sizing, and current Estonian construction index rates. It includes the standard 22% Estonian VAT. While it serves as an excellent starting budget tool, our project manager will perform a complimentary on-site measurement check to deliver a finalized, binding quote before work begins.
