Custom & Structural Glazing
Designing energy-efficient, sound-insulated glass interfaces that capture natural light while maintaining high thermal performance.
Capturing Light, Sealing Climate
In Estonia, glass is not just a window—it is a critical barrier against Baltic sub-zero temperatures and high wind loads. Eskafopaint OÜ designs and installs high-performance architectural glazing that achieves exceptional thermal performance without sacrificing minimalist aesthetics.
We coordinate directly with structural engineers to integrate sliding glass systems, structural facades, panoramic skylights, and interior frameless partitions that operate smoothly and safely.
Our Glazing Installation Phases
Phase 1: Thermal & Structural Calculations
We assess the building's thermal envelope requirement (U-Values), acoustics (dB reduction), and local wind-load pressures. This guarantees we select the exact glass thicknesses and spacer configurations needed for your structure.
Phase 2: Sub-Frame Laser Calibration
We assemble and verify all structural aluminum or minimal steel profiles. Using heavy-duty laser measuring instruments, we align frames with sub-millimeter accuracy to prevent sliding friction or air leaks.
Phase 3: Gas-Insulated Sealing & Testing
We install double or triple glazed panels filled with Argon gas, sealed with high-durability butyl compounds. We perform suction-cup seal verification checks and infrared thermal leakage scans before completion.
High-Tech Glazing Specifications
Our glazing catalog features low-iron glass (eliminates the standard greenish tint for pure visual clarity), sound-damping laminated foils, sun-reflective metallic layers, and self-cleaning coatings. We install frameless systems using heavy stainless steel glass anchors designed for durability.
